This Wendy’s used to be great but now is ghetto as hell. The last time I went through the drive through, the lady at the window kept her back to me while another lady brought her my food. They were having a whole conversation and laughing while I was waiting. She finally handed me my food and closed the window without a word . These were grown women in their 30 s or 40s. My food wasn’t even warm. If I wasn’t in a hurry I would have got my money back. Do better.

Service is great but the old burgers is all I ever get served. Waited a few months tried it again today and old nasty tasting meat again. Spent the rest of my day sick after eating here

Out of chocolate frosty. Out of root beer. Out of most things on the menu? How? She said "sorry we outta dat." Like 5 times. Why? Because the manager or person who orders supplies for this location is not doing their job. No chicken. No chocolate frosty. No rootbear. So We got a sprite and coke and Dave burger. Both drinks tasted weak and like dirty city water. Clearly a lazy untrained crew who do not change the flavoring. Never coming back here. Wendy's employees and managers USED to have some pride. Not anymore. Not here.

I have a very low bar when it comes to fast food but this Wendy's went below the bar in spectacular fashion and at every step. Terrible experience trying to order at the speaker. They don't double check your order before asking you to pay, asked for a receipt and refused. It's apparently there policy to put the receipt at the bottom of your bag to make sure you can't check it for errors. The lady at the window was too busy trying to be Instagram famous to hand me my food. I tried to give them a second chance because maybe I got a bad crew. But no they are consistently bad. No wonder the parking lot is always empty.

About two months ago I would stop for sausage and biscuit and coffee 3 days a week. Food was very good, met Wendy's standards. I was also stopping for a burger and fries at noon. Excellent. And then food quality dropped off. Sausage was overdone and dried out. Biscuits we under cooked. Same with lunch, hamburger dried out like cooked earlier in the day. I stopped going after 3rd time. I notice business has dropped off significantly. I hope someone realizes the problem and makes corrections. Very convenient place.
