We always choose the Alexander drive location for the simple fact that their workers and management is so much better than the wings to go on Parkwood. We gave parkwood one more shot today after church and was reminded quickly to NEVER give this place a chance again! Every time we eat at this location our order comes out wrong. We told the girl that was taking our order that on 2 of our combos we wanted Texas toast and that on the lemon pepper wings we wanted traditional. This girl named Shayla brought our food out. She handed the lemon pepper wings to the person in our group that ordered them and guess what??? They were boneless. Not traditional. Then we didn’t get any of our Texas toast! Shayla decided she wanted to be rude and went and printed our receipt out and came back to our table and said, “Yall didn’t get Texas toast and it doesn’t show anywhere on here that you ordered traditional wings.” I responded back and advised her that we did in fact ask for 2 Texas toast and traditional wings. She got very rude and told us that it wasn’t her problem and if we wanted toast we needed to go back to register and pay for it. She was extremely rude. So my mother in law brought it to the manager’s attention about how her worker was being rude for no reason and how our order wasn’t right. The manager had the audacity to tell my MIL that she was being aggressive.??? girl this ain’t her being aggressive, that’s the way she talks because she’s Mexican!!! LOL! This location will not ever get our business again! And Ms. Shayla needs a reality/attitude check! If you hate your job that much (calling people’s names out and taking their food to them) go get a different job!

People are so disrespectful
Asked for cup of water.
They say it's .55 cents, no big deal, it's free every else, but I bite.
Proceeds to swipe my card for food and the drink while styrofoam cup was on the counter. Grabs the styrofoam cup and then pulls out a tiny a$$ plastic cup for water *eye roll*. Trash customer service .. dumpster fire even

Food was OK but two people eating hot wings for $36 was very overpriced! We got a combo but just wanted water everything was charged separate when we were supposed to get a combo. Our waters cost $4.59 for two! Watch your wallet when you go there!!

Ordered at 4:55 pm only 2 orders in front of me. 4 orders after me and they received their food before us. After waiting 23 minutes I went to the cashier and asked about my order they said they were waiting on bread. So I waited another 3 minutes then asked about my order again. they said they were waiting on boneless wings. After waiting 28 minutes I finally got my order. I ordered 12 boneless wings got 10. Large waffle fry that cost over $5 were cold in a bag didn’t look like a large order. And didn’t get any bread even though they said that’s what I was waiting on. At least the traditional wings was correct.
This was my first time at Wings-to Go. It was fairly decent. It was nothing special. I had Lemon pepper wingsBayou spice wingsChesapeake Bay wingsSuicide wingsLemon pepper wings are favorite wings. The did a pretty good job but I've had better. The Chesapeake Bays were also decent. The suicide had flavor and a good kick. It wasnt overly hot though, but decent. The other flavor bayou spice was not good at all. It did not have any flavor. The waffle fries were ok. They were supposed to be seasoned with old bay seasoning. I did not taste Old Bay at all. The service was amazing. My food was hot and cooked well. Other than that nope. I'm done. Try it out and tell me what you think.

The service here was great. The food is amazing. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone. It is worth the money. We spent no more than $40 for a family of four. This place is worth your time. My family rates this place a 10 out of 10.

I’ve always liked wings to go but the last three times I’ve ordered to go at this location I get home and there is no seasoning on my wings. I ordered boneless hot wings and they taste original and are very dry. My wife’s traditional wings are supposed to be garlic parmesan and lack a lot of seasoning as well. I always hate to be the one to complain but when I can order from the other location and everything come out great no issues then I have a problem because I don’t spend $18.50 on one meal for it be plan with no taste evertime at the parkwood location. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
