“The food quality at this Chipotle is consistently good, and most of the staff are friendly, generous with portions, and do a solid job taking care of customers.
My frustration is with the carryout process. This is now the second time I’ve come to pick up an online order and had trouble actually getting my food.
The first time, I waited well past the scheduled pickup time. Eventually I asked an employee if there was a problem with my order, only to find out it had been sitting behind the counter the entire time. Nobody called my name, and it was never placed on the pickup shelf.
Today, I had a similar experience. I watched several bags being prepared, but no one announced anything. When I finally walked over and asked, an employee pointed to a bag with my name on it and handed it to me. It felt like I was expected to know my order was ready without anyone communicating it.
The food keeps me coming back, but the carryout experience could definitely use improvement. A simple notification that an order is ready would solve the issue completely.“
“I haven’t had chipotle in a long time since most places have disappointed. However this place did great. The place wasn’t very clean and the griddles could also use a scrub. But the service was great, Edita who seemed to be the only one doing the food was quick and nice. She deserves a raise!“
“Hannah, Alfredo, and Michael handled front end VERY WELL! I saw another customer being difficult and not only were they very understanding, but they tried to make her happy regardless of the intense rush they were in. Getting people in and out of the store during rush is never easy but the entire shift on March 13th deserves a round of applause!“
