Placed an order on the app for curbside. Waited 15 minutes. I went in and the line was 3 deep already with 4 people waiting on orders. I over heard a worker in the background complaining; "I don't like making Frappes". Yhe first two fulfilled orders were wrong and required corrections. In total I waited over 25 minutes. It would have been longer except another customer in front of me allowed me to go ahead since I am on the way to my dad's funeral.

McDonald's in this neighborhood can be hit or miss. The staff is absolutely polite and professional, but there are long waits for ordering and food delivery. The crew is good, with kid-friendly service. Without enough people to handle the volume of business, it is not FAST food. Employees sometimes close early and don't care about their job. There are long waits and the service can be the worst.
