“I always order DoorDash from this location without issue. Tonight there was some confusion due to a glitch on DoorDash but Angelia at this location went above and beyond to assist the Dasher in getting me my food as quickly as possible. You don’t run into a lot of people who approach customer service with so much care but when you do it makes a world of difference. This might seem a bit much for a Papa John’s review but it made my day!“
“I did this because my order was never delivered the guy said I wasn't here and I was anyway the mngr gave me my order free cause I patiently waited 3hrs and asked just take care of the driver and I will my order was 40 so I'm tipping the 40 ,I've work in restaurants all my life I get it things happen . “The store was staffed by four adult Caucasian males. All four were friendly, greeted me verbally and made eye contact. Although very busy, two of the four briefly engaged in conversation with me.
This is a sharp contrast to what I have experienced at other stores such as Marco’s pizza where the employees acted unfriendly, would not look at you and could barely speak English.“
