Great service and atmosphere. I was unsure what to get and they suggested “The Capital” sushi roll and WOW! It is a must try if you haven’t. If you’ve never been here, definitely worth stopping by.

We also had, as recommended by the waiter, a bottle of Yuki Nigori White Peach Sake. I have never cared for sake but this was wonderful!

Samu Bar Sushi Hibachi is a restaurant offering phenomenal food, great customer service, and a nice atmosphere. The 3D tartar is a standout, and the 3 roll special is delicious. For lunch, the best hibachi lunch special includes steak with friend rice and no onions in the fried veggies, always right and always good. The Manhattan in the Cosmo is excellent, smooth, and perfectly balanced. The monkey brains are packed with flavor, and the Godzilla rolls are fresh, delicious, and beautifully done. The steak is exceptional, and the noodles are also delicious. Drinks, hibachi, and sushi are absolutely decadent. The place is clean and fresh with an overall quality that sets them apart. Prices are decent. It is a great date night place and a perfect spot on Saturdays and Sundays to dine while watching favorite teams play, with games on-site.
