My daughter and I stood at the register for several minutes before even being acknowledged only to watch a couple of employees run around for several more minutes "working" on drive-thru orders (talking to each other more than anything else) before one of them finally came to take our order. A few other employees strolled around wiping counters and talking as the line continued to grow at the register.My coffee tasted like the usual Starbucks burn. My daughter's drink was more ice than anything else. In short, it's sub-par drinks in a snobbish environment I've come to expect from a Starbucks. I went in just to use up a gift card. Go spend your money on better coffee at a local shop.

Not a fan of this location. The drinks never taste the same consistently. I get the same drink every time (iced matcha latte) and have for months. Sometimes it tastes just like milk and other times the matcha is cloyingly sweet. The music is also super loud in there and they only play country music which I also feel is weird. It creates an uninviting atmosphere to not only have it be uncomfortable to sit inside because the music is both loud and bad, but the drinks aren't great either.

I visited the Rodney Parham location on March 11th around 11:05 am. There was no line at the counter when I arrived. I stood at the register for several minutes without any acknowledgement. I made eye contact with who I believe to be the manager, but he did not acknowledge me either. I do not want to make assumptions, but he was walking from the back with a tablet. To sum things up, I finally walked out without ordering because no one came to the register. There was two employees sitting next to the exit on their phones who never looked up to see that I was walking out without ordering.

Becareful going here Michael the now store manager is using this store for his selfish reasons he is taking money from people he clearly no anything about I saw him spit in my drink he is very bias he call the police to make what he done justifiable he turning Starbucks in to a Michael show I talked too the home office about him on 13 different times if I am such a bad customer why do I have over 100000 points never had a issue with any one there always nice he is going to make the store lose a lot of money he gave my handicap friend coffee it was clearly a decaf drink sent her to the hospital for heart palpitations they did nothing about it I went and watch where he had put the coffee in the decaf place it was never a apology from him r Starbucks never will I spend a min r dime at Starbucks and he is mean to black over wieght women I watched him talk to this young lady which was black beautiful a little over weight like she was dirty watch and see he will be stopped God got the last say so I have always given nice tips and was treated with a smile if Micheal is there the store is bais not a happy place to never go back to a lot of workers r gone because of Michael there be coming 4th and he has no patience with older people live learn love !!!

Disorganized to the point of being incapable of filling orders. Staff did not know how to produce orders,could not prioritze orders.After 15 minutes,I asked for a refund and left.This location needs staff yraoning and some management changes. Totally out of control and a waste of time.
