I can't say that I have had any bad experiences with any particular Subway Franchise, why, because I have worked my way up the ladder to a Store Manager position.... Subway has procedures and protocol's that they have to follow, in reference to the the customer whom complained about the store #49971....that employee was only following the rules per way she was trained.... We got 5 subways from the store at down town Little Rock for our long journey home. We put them into our hand luggage to go through security at the airport. But the x-ray machine rejected our bags and the Subway bags ended up been swabbed for drugs at the airport. All OK. fast and friendly service. The subway was very nice and had different fillings than the uk and much nicer than the airoplane meal.
