Very friendly staff during our one night stay last night. They cooked me fries which were pretty yummy and I was even able to borrow a charger as I had forgotten mine. *I did not come across anyone working there that was rude which another review states* Hotel could use some maintenance, but overall…not a bad stay at all.
Food was fresh and good! Fast service too
Great customer service. It’s rare to have such a friendly and welcoming presence in restaurants and shops. The guy who helped us was fantastic!

The bartenders are attentive and friendly, even knowing some of the regular customers by name. The atmosphere is ideal for both collaborating with a team or simply relaxing after a long day. The hotel staff is known to be super nice and helpful, with one guest specifically mentioning the great service from Patrick in housekeeping. While the bathroom in one room was a bit worn, the rooms are generally clean and spacious. Parking is available in a nearby garage, and the hotel's location is close to many good restaurants in the area. Overall, the Bistro is a great option for those staying at the Downtown Courtyard Marriott in Little Rock.
