Some time back I complained about the inaccuracy of every order we made. The owner reached out and gave me $25 gift card but that won’t cut it this time because this time they gave our food to a door dash driver. Love this place! Great food. Great staff! Will be back often!
I took my grandson to The Purple Cow in North Little Rock tonight. The servers were fantastic (please forgive me for not noting names), the food was great, and the purple ice cream was a big hit. It’s now rated “the best restaurant.”
Thank you to all who made the evening such a treat.

The Purple Cow Restaurant (Cantrell Rd) offers a family-friendly dining experience with a variety of classic American dishes. Customers praise the delicious grilled pimento cheese sandwiches, burgers, and hot fudge sundaes, which are made differently by each server but always tasty. The restaurant has a modern ranch diner atmosphere with ample seating, making it a popular spot for families. The atmosphere is retro and charming, creating a welcoming environment for all ages. The portions are generous and reasonably priced for the quality of ingredients. The menu includes burgers such as the mushroom Swiss and BBQ bacon, along with sides like fried green beans and sweet potato fries. The restaurant is also well known for its excellent peanut butter shakes and the Purple Vanilla Shake, which many find a must-try. While some have noted that service can be inconsistent and burgers may be pre-cooked, the overall experience remains positive. Reviewers mention that food is often juicy and flavorful, with friendly and attentive staff contributing to a good visit. The place is especially loved for its kid-friendly options, with kids enjoying the shakes, burgers, and fries. Despite the open, concrete floors and lots of windows causing some noise, visitors find the food worth returning for, and the atmosphere makes it a delightful lunch spot.
