Some time back I complained about the inaccuracy of every order we made. The owner reached out and gave me $25 gift card but that won’t cut it this time because this time they gave our food to a door dash driver. No apology or accountability, they made it sound like the driver came and took it without their permission. Fact of the matter is the food is terrible, sloppy, cold and soggy at this Cantrell location EVERY TIME we order it and I’m done. The employees are incompetent and just don’t care about doing anything correct. I’m done with purple cow. Asked to speak to the owner again and still waiting. Why someone would invest that much money in rebuilding a location when they are incapable of doing anything correct

My wife and I had breakfast there 5/6/25. It was awful. I ordered the plate breakfast that came with a biscuit, sausage, and potatoe logs over a circle of eggs. I can think of what it's called on the menu but the biscuit was hot but rubbery. It was warmed in the microwave. Microwaving bread is a no no especially if you want to have a good taste. The eggs were bland and seemed like they were microwave heated as well. The potatoe logs were fine. I called for our waiter which was a good server. I then ordered biscuits and gravy think the gravy would make a different well it was awesome as well. No wonder it was just me and my wife in there because if someone else has tried this I'm sure they noticed the same things I did. Should've went to Waffle house where a specialize in making breakfast. Oh I almost forgot but the sausage was a precooked one. It wasn't good either.

Visited here last night for my first time inside and I was very impressed, I had never been inside a purple cow to eat. Tho I have had their soups to go a few times when I have been sick they are my go to in those times. The atmosphere was a modern ranch diner and I loved it considering I didn’t see what it was like before the tornado. They did a really good job. I was not expecting it to be as small as it was but they definitely had lots of seating and have no problem filling those seats. The food was really good price for portion and ingredients. We both got burgers. I had a mushroom Swiss and upgraded from fries to fried green beans, and my partner had the BBQ bacon with sweet potato fries. It’s been a couple moths since I’ve had a burger and they definitely hit the spot for my expectations for an inexpensive dine in experience. Our waiter was very attentive and made sure we got everything we wanted and answered all my questions as if he was knowledgeable in the kitchen as well. I drive pretty far for a peanut butter shake and this place does not disappoint on making sure you leave there with a tight match to what you want. Overall a great experience and would definitely come back

Happy to see this location reopen after the tornado damage, but very disappointed at the loss of the outdoor dining option which was one of the main attractions of this location.

ordered 2 cheese burgers to go. upon receiving them, no cheese, no lettuce, no tomato, no onion, no pickles, no condiments. missing milkshake and coke. literally meat, bread, and chips.
when we asked for and got the milkshake, it tasted like they poured hersheys syrup in a cup without measuring. i’ve always loved their milkshakes but this was awful.

I grew up going to Purple Cow and always loved it. I hadn't been back to this location since they remodeled after the tornado. So I was very excited to go. When we got there, we sat down right away and had drinks within 5 min of sitting down. We order probably 10 minutes after that. I ordered the chicken fingers (one of my favorite things at Purple Cow). Well, they were overcooked! They were very dark and kinda hard. Which was disappointing, but I still ate them, and they were okay. I didn't mention it to the waitress since I still ate them, and to be honest, I didn't have time to wait for them to be re-cooked. So I took my leftovers home and went about my business. I'll definitely be back in the future.

Good just not much parking for trailers

It’s so sad seeing this location fail. This used to be the best but the food quality has gone down majorly and prices seem to have gone up…I wish they would have taken pictures of the menu items before they had to close for several months so they would be able to train new staff the right way. Chenal is now the best location.

my kid brother was so excited. loved the food. loved the everything. our waitress was so nice. hope to see you again!

Vegetarian options: there's a salad. probably. maybe. i dont know.

Dietary restrictions: very fatty, sodium heavy foods.

Parking: not many spaces, located around the business. usually pretty full.

Kid-friendliness: the most kid friendly place in town that ISNT a McDonald's.

Wheelchair accessibility: not the most accessible.. unless you're desperate. somewhat accessible unless it's very full.
