“I'm not a huge fan of Tropical Smoothie. But, I wanted to give a shout out to the staff for how friendly they were to me the other day when I came in to pick up a Door Dash order. I had been to 3 places prior asking for just a scoop of ice for my drink (including the place I bought my drink ?) and everyone said no. I appreciate the staff for giving me that scoop of ice. it definitely made my day. Thanks again.“
“Tropical smoothie is a great place to go for a cool drink, snack, brunch or just a light meal. The prices are not that bad considering you are paying someone else to do it and taste good. The wife and I were the only two there today so it was pretty fast to get what we ordered. Today I ordered the chia banana boost which has: banana, chia seeds, almonds, peanut butter, whole-grain oats, cinnamon. That did not sound like a very good combination. I was very surprised because that combination was actually really good. I have also ordered the island green which has: spinach, kale, mango, pineapple & banana. I have only had the chance to visit 3 locations so far. The 3 locations I have visited are all very clean facilities with friendly staff. The best part about going here is that this is healthier options that might help keep you a little less heated in this humidity we have here. The facility was very clean the men’s restroom was clean. I have no complaints. If you haven’t tried Tropical smoothie you definitely should it is worth the stop.

“Amazing place, REALLY, great customer service, and amazing atmosphere with free charging ports and clean seats. Amazing vegan options and gluten free options! I didn't see a single crumb anywhere. I asked one of the workers if there was any sugar in the smoothie? She responded with a smile and said that she could take the sugar out of any smoothie. I was really happy because usually people would stop and look at me like I was crazy if I asked for something without sugar.“

“Easily the best Tropical Smoothie location in West Little Rock! I’ll happily drive past other locations to come here because they’re consistently fast and efficient. The staff is incredibly friendly making each visit a great experience. Highly recommend this spot!“

“Rarely ever busy here. Newer front counter staff don't always know the menu, so ive had to ask more than once if a seasonal item is in stock, just for them to go check and confirm it is. Smoothies are always good, TS food is never my favorite. Thanks!“
“OMG I love the service I receive at this location. My smoothie is always delicious, and the customer service is outstanding. I also like that they have a happy hour in the morning which I take advantage of. This location is definitely the best!!!“
