First, the food is wonderful. It’s easily one of my son’s and my favorite places for chicken, especially when the food is fresh and the tenders are a good size. We also really enjoy the sides and appetizers. Whenever I’ve dined inside at the bar, the service has been excellent.
That said, the drive-thru experience has been disappointing compared to the dine-in service. I understand asking for tips in the drive-thru, but I believe basic customer service should still...
