Today I watched a worker at Wendy’s at 11319 N. Rodney Parham, drop someone’s toasted bun on the floor, picked it up and fixed the customer’s sandwich. I was disgusted and didn’t want my food anymore. I was standing at the drive-thru window because the lobby closed and I was in my work truck 🤮🤢
First Wendy's ever. Friendly staff, good food, can't complain.
Worst service of my life. I went the drive thru and after driving off realized I never got my change (checked everywhere before I was going to say anything) I went inside because the line of cars was long. I very calmly said what my issue was and just wanted my change. The man in the drive thru very rudely says he knows he gave my change and I could call corporate if I had a problem. And proceeded to just keep saying no I'm not doing anything about this girl thinking she didn't...read full review

Despite some hiccups, the food tasted good and the drink selection was impressive. Wendy's seems more focused on their drive-thru service, but the overall experience was positive.
