I went today to grab a quick lunch in between seeing patients. I wanted to try the new Hot Honey nachos that were being advertised. The employee had to reference their instructions on how to prepare them several times. Which is cool, it’s new and he may have not made any yet. However, I asked him if I could pay for an additional bag of chips to be made into my order and I’d pay for it of course. We all know chip bags are 90% air. I asked if they accepted a coupon when ordering. I was told yes. At the register after the sandwich was made, I was told it was not an acceptable coupon (just came in the mail with months to expiration), and that I have to pay the regular price. I said no thanks and left.
They do not accept the official Subway coupons that are mailed to me as a member of the Subway Club.
