It was the same as every other McDonalds. I realize it's the trend- but I just don't know that I'll ever get used to paying a premium price while staff watch me place my own order on Kiosk. I had always assumed that you pay more for food because someone else is taking your order and making your food. If I were rating their drive-thru it would be a 1 in every category.

What a difference in how a Mcdonalds is managed correctly and has great people and management! I was waited on at the counter as soon as I walked up to it and I received my order 1 minute later according to the times on my receipts. This was a refreshing experience from the bad one I had the night before at a Mcdonalds in Rogers with the manager there taking my order and not getting my food till 20 minutes later when I asked for it. Way to go Mcdonalds in Lowell! Keep up the great...
