“Tonight, our 10u rec league softball team had our end of season party at US Pizza Springdale. It was our 5th time using this restaurant and every time they do a GREAT job! Gunner did a wonderful job of helping me set up our evening. Then our two servers were awesome! Added bonus, the food was fantastic as usual! Job very well done!!“

“The chicago dogs were good. I also ordered a sausage pizza to go. I usually have great pizza from here, but honestly, this pizza was not very good. I also noticed they seemed understaffed, the young ladies were definitely hustling, especially for lunchtime. I will definitely return, but my last two visits, the pizza, have underwhelmed.“

“I have ordered twice now to have food delivered and both times the order was messed up. First they forgot the sandwich sauce and the 2nd time they forgot the main item the pizza. The first time I let it go and this time I called to try and get the pizza delivered. I spoke with GM Joseph and all he did was blame it on he delivery service. I PAID YOU for my order not the delivery service and you are responsible for making sure everything is in my order. You try to act like you're doing me a favor by making a fresh pizza. Sir there is no pizza you are just now making it. At the very least you should've reimbursed me for the pizza. If I pay you for my food YOU are RESPONSIBLE to make sure I get my food and that all of the order is picked up. After reading all of the comments I should've known that you have a problem with customer service. I pray people read this and stop coming to your restaurant until it is under better management. TAKE RESPONSIBLTY AND STOP BLAMING A DELIVERY SERVICE.“

“I live just around the corner from this place and have eaten here since i was a child. It's never not been good and i'll continue to eat here until it's bad. It's perfect for takeout on your way home from work for either yourself or the family and they make it extremely fast. Staff inside is always nice and helpful.“

“I could eat their food morning, noon & night. The dough, the sauce, the meatballs. Oh my gosh. The house salad was incredible - crisp romaine and beefy tomatoes, all fresh to the nth degree. I was tired of the Pizza Hut, Domino's, and others' greasy pizza. Tried Marco's pizza over a year ago and have not gone back to the others. Their price is a bit higher, but a much better product.
With their customer appreciation, there are always some type of discount coupons.“

“We were in town visiting. We needed to leave before we could get a pizza to my aunt in her assisted living center. I called early on the chance someone would answer-He did. The pizza was delivered as promised and it was piping hot! The delivery driver was very efficient and it blessed my aunt who is confined to bed! I’m sure we’ll order for her again. Highly recommend this business!“

“Look, it's not gourmet pizza but this branch has been fairly consistent with the quality and the value still holds up. Now, we usually pick up which may be why our experience is different. The few times we ordered delivery the order was either very late or wrong. So... we just pick up and it has been quite good overall (although I do agree the quality took a slight dip when they moved to the new location).“
