Got the 2 meat BBQ plates. I got meaty and we'll seasoned pork ribs and sliced brisket. No sauce needed, they were excellent. My wife got pulled pork and brisket, which were also excellent. We chatted with Sam on the way out, he was impressed we were from Arizona and liked his cooking.

We have gone to the Hickory Creek location a couple times and also got take out for the boat. It’s always been good. Earlier the service was a bit slow but I think they have that worked out.

Thursday was special meat loaf dinner night, never try to miss the Thursdays. But, everything I ever had was great. The fries are fresh cut even, which I love. Fresh potato's hard to find today.
