Taco Bell in Lowell

“People at Taco Bell are great and especially the girl serving the window. Yesterday was amazing. I will be back alone just because of her because when someone has such a great personality that they just make you laugh that’s worth going back for. It’s hard enough to get people to give you the time of day these days that alone for someone just to communicate with and then light the environment. I will get her name and check back in later.“

“Some of my friends went to this location around 10pm at night. They were amazing, espically under pressure. One of the workers came up to us after waiting a bit for our food with coupons and apologizing about the wait, saying someone had walked out(quit in the middle of a small night rush)and another coworker was having a tough time. There were only two of them. Yet they still did their best and our food came fresh as well as giving us more coupons. Despite the stressful time, they still treated us with kindness and made sure everything was right. I didnt get their names but if a manager can find out who was working tonight I feel as if the two gentlemen deserve praise and more.“
