“Sweet as honey and warm as the sun!True Grit Coffee Grounds is the place to be in Paris, Arkansas! My fiancé and I came here upon the recommendation from the host of the Air BnB we were staying at and absolutely loved it! True Grit is cozy, peaceful and lovely! We went there over the course of 3 days and couldn't get enough of it! I ordered the Breakfast burrito (recommend it with bacon and chives) and my fiancé ordered a tea. The owners got to hear our story and were so intentional with getting to know us! Don and her family are tremendously hospitable and kind! We tried to go there on a Sunday before leaving back to Dallas (not knowing they were closed) and they let us come in and made us a breakfast burrito and a coffee for the road! They live out their faith in Jesus well and put His love on display for all visitors and guests! Everyone who's in or around Paris, AR needs to come and check it out. You can spend the whole day here or just a few minutes and leave with more joy than when you came in! I was truly honored to have come here and will make it an effort to come back whenever I'm in Arkansas! My fiancé also had some thoughts to share:"True Grit is a hidden gem in Paris, Arkansas! We visited multiple times on our weekend in town and were always greeted with the most kind-hearted staff. They have awesome tea and coffee selections along with so many options to satisfy your sweet tooth! I will always recommend this coffee shop to anyone I know passing through this town. They were so kind and patient with us as we browsed the menu and when we visited on a Sunday! To our surprise they were closed that day and we were bummed we couldn’t go in. But the staff happened to be taking care of the shop inside and allowed us in for food and coffee! They totally didn’t have to but they welcomed us with open arms for one last visit before we headed home! We’ll never forget the sweet family who owns this shop and their kindness."Kid-friendliness: They have a lot of board games to play and ice cream for the family!”

“The BEST BBQ in Arkansas - maybe anywhere. Brisket, turkey, burnt ends, sausage - all outstanding. The sides are excellent too (Cajun okra, potatoes, potato salad, beans). Dessert is wonderful (cheesecake, friend pies). Very friendly staff (they "know us" here). Comfortable restaurant, very clean ; recently remodeled. Worth the drive! They are also generous/caring to the community - I've noticed they have offered to serve those in need during Thanksgiving. A great family owned restaurant.”

“The best local coffee shop, hands down. Local people that understand the local culture. Exclusive service of Sterling coffee, roasted a block away. Game nights, music, and entertainment.Dietary restrictions: Sugar free syrups and ice cream.Kid-friendliness: Kids are customers! They display artwork from local elementary through high school students, host fundraisers, and give away many scoops of ice cream for school incentives.”

“A few days ago, James helped me out, seeing the plywood I was trying not to become a sail with. I really appreciated that, so i FINALLLY caught them open and brought family. Excellent food, atmosphere and service with smiles. Go, it's great food..today we came twice (out of town family!)”

“A wonderful family operated business. Got Sicilian style and it was tasty! Very very good. Crispy outside, soft inside. Think classic pizza hut before it started going downhill, but better. Cinnamon roll is unique but also very good. Would recommend. This and the BBQ place have to be the only two great stops in Booneville.”

“Ate at their newly opened location in Paris today (8/5/22). Was hoping that they would have fried chicken livers and gizzards since they are listed on their online menu but alas they were not on the Paris menu. Looks like I'll still have to drive to Sam's Southern Eatery in Russelville or Ft Smith for my fried chicken gizzards fix.”
“This is a great small town donut place. We got the Sausage egg and cheese croissants; they were large portion and very good. The donuts were solid and the coffee was better than expected!”

“The first time we came, the food was bland and uninteresting. We decided to give it a second.chance because the prices are good. Second time was the charm. The food was great! The salsa isn't particularly spicy, but we all liked it. The cheese sauce is good. This time I had the carnitas and they were great. Meaty and flavorful. Will definitely recommend. My daughter loves their enchiladas supremas, and my husband prefers their beef chimichangas. All in all, A good meal with good service at a good price. Can't ask for better.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking by the door and one level from the parking g lot to the dining room with wide doors.”

“The food here is always fresh and hot! If they are low on an item on the buffet just let them know and a fresh batch will be out within minutes! Always clean and soft tunes playing overhead to give you a relaxed and tidy dining experience. They know so many of their regular customers and make sure accommodations are as expected. They just keep getting better all the time!”

“Fun local place with legit bar, nice beer selection including local taps. The folks there are friendly and fun to talk with! Nice TVs for sports coverage and a juke box.”
“Friendly atmosphere and a clean and well-kept place just east of Paris, AR. They often have live music which is what brought us there. Enjoyed the people and sharing our music (Aces N Eights). Nice stage, dance floor, and comfortable seating. There's an impressive large stage out back for fair weather events. Smoke-free inside but there's a large back porch.”
“Great pizza! One of the best in the River Valley in my opinion. We live 20+ miles away and gladly make the drive for their pizza. If in the area you need to give them a try!”

“Bottom to top, an excellent meal. The chips are light, crispy, and came out hot and fresh. The salsa was flavorful without being overly spicy or mild and is filled with tomato and onion, with an excellent flavor. They make it in-house, and we are taking a container home with us. It was that good. While beans and rice are normally bland at every Mexican restaurant ever, the beans here are quite flavorful! The rice was so-so, as I had expected, but the beans were a nice surprise. The main courses were steak burrito for me and chicken fajita for Linda. Here is where things got exciting! Both dishes were richly filled with amazing flavors. Well-balanced spices blended with the perfect grill on the meats worked seamlessly with thinly sliced vegetables. Overall, it was the best Mexican food since New Mexico! Finally, let's talk price. The lunch burrito was $7.99, the fajita $8.99, and we both have leftovers! This was markedly better than La Mesa in Paris, and the service was so much better than the overt rudeness we faced at LA Mesa as well. Our new go-to Mexican restaurant.”

“I was in town for some work I had to do and my wife was with me. We normally eat at Reid’s when we’re in Booneville, but they weren’t open the day we visited. We stopped in, got a couple good sandwiches, and set down and enjoyed them. It was clean, staff was helpful, and the food was good.Vegetarian options: Sandwiches and stuffParking: Plenty of parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking, doors, and tables.”

“I give this location four stars because it's exactly what you'd expect from the country's leading Tex-Mex fast food chain. Overly greasy meat that drips through the packaging, tortillas that often fall apart, and semi-fresh veggies all fuse together to create a non-memorable dining experience that tastes absolutely incredible after a night of binge drinking at the local watering hole. The staff is incredible; who knew high school kids could be so friendly and polite? I ALWAYS use the drive through and haven't been inside for years, but drive-thru window is always clean and opens without a single creak or squeak. I've never had a wrong order handed to me and even though corporate has jacked the prices up FAR above what the food is actually worth, I find myself going back time and time again. ESPECIALLY for that spicy steak grilled cheese burrito and nacho fries. Just about anybody my age (late 30's) has been eating at Taco Bell their entire lives. The days of 79 cent tacos and feeding a family of five for under ten bucks has long passed, but the mediocre quality of the food still transports me back to high school when anxiety wasn't a thing and I go to the movies, cruise town, and eat out for under twenty bucks. That sense of nostalgia, so strong I can feel it in my belly (maybe that's the food bubbling up in my gut), is what makes a restaurant like Taco Bell stand the test of time and this particular franchise has perfected the art of sloppy, hurry up and go, throw it all in the bag and hope for the best dining experience anyone can ask for.”

“I patronize two local Subways. They are usually very good, especially when the managers server me. I knocked then on atmosphere. Their decor is strictly 70's plastic. No charm,”

“The sandwich was good and the fries served hot! They did not have trays or plates, but that’s not really important for a sandwich and fries. The folks working there were very nice. The place was clean and well kept.”

“Sonic here is good. i just miss the old style milkshakes that seemed to have added milk that was blended with real ice cream, not soft serve, and small portions of milk slightly froze frozen in a thick flavored shake..And they need thicker burgers..I really dont even tast the meat the burgers are so thin”

“I gotta say, this place is a hidden gem!! We have lived in Greenwood for 22 years and had no idea about this place, so let me say it loud enough for those in the back, "WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!" We will most definitely be back as well! We loved everything about it! Everything was clean, inviting, our waitress was super friendly, the food tasted AMAZING, the sweet tea was on point, the prices were FANTASTIC & I lived seeing a lot of locals coming in and meeting up for dinner and catching up with old friends & neighbors. Everyone was talking to everyone and was super friendly even with us. It reminded me so much of my grandmothers restaurant she used to have many years ago in West Texas. As my husband and I looked around, we noticed this appears to be a family owned business, and we just fell in live with it and will be back! I would also like to say that our waitress who was suffering from horrible allergy issues was still working hard & killing it! She was still friendly and was in no way looking to go home sick or let it get the better of her or even sliw her down. She was a gem, and in today's world, that is quite rare. She is so far above average workers that we tipped her really, REALLY well and commended her on her smile, her friendliness, her work ethic, and customer service skills even while she was clearly suffering. We will be coming back soon and will be bringing ALL our family to support this amazing small business!Parking: plenty of parking even for multiple 4 wheelers! ?”
