Not only did they correct it, they went beyond what was necessary and included some free items! You really don’t see that often! After all, everyone makes mistakes! “We had not eaten at BYB for some time due to extremely long wait times and poor service, however we were in no rush this past weekend and decided this is what we wanted. I must say, much improved all the way around! Table service was exceptional with a great waitress, wait time wasn’t bad at all, and the food was exceptional as it has always been. And let me add, my husband and I split a rack of ribs with two sides and the cost was at least $10 less than a well known fish restaurant in town! Great job!!“

“I was surprised at how good everything was. Drink menu has alot more then most places in town. The staff was very attentive. A little more expensive than I thought it would be but I did order drinks so it was to be expected. I also had to remind the waitress that it was happy hour after the bill was given. Over all pleasant experience.“
