“Food was great,but it was too long of a wait getting the sandwiches. Not the girls fault they were working as hard and fast as they could,but they were very stressed. There were only two working. They had people inside, online orders, people calling in orders and people at the window screaming. I felt so bad for them. You really need more than two people working each shift. Personally if I had been either one of those girls trying their best apologizing to everyone. I'd have to just quit. I'm sure they don't get paid enough to put up with all the hassle.”

The brisket is fall apart melt in your mouth and the pulled pork has just the right amount of smoke and season. Hands down, the best barbecue in Baton Rouge. Make the drive and give this place a try.
