“Flew into KBHY for the morning from Carbondale, and was hungry so we stopped by and the sweetest lady made the best doughnuts. I’ve had my fair share of doughnuts and I think that cinnamon roll doughnut was the greatest doughnut I’ve ever had,

Mcadoo's is an experience, and one you should explore if you are in the Blytheville area. I have, over the years, wanted to go and check the place out, but a combination of not being able to find it and not having enough time has always kept me from a visit. During my last visit to Blytheville, a business colleague and I decided to check this infamous establishment out and have a business dinner, beers, and rib-eyes. Mcadoo's is located in central Blytheville, across from the fire station, and it is in a simple metal shack, which can make it hard to find. There are no signs on the building, just the name written on the entrance door. Inside, you find a fully functioning bar with pool tables and plenty of tables to sit at. Mcadoo's has an old-school vibe as the inside is lit up by old-school red lights. Like bars of old, you can smoke inside; keep this in mind if you are a non-smoker or have allergies to smoke.

Mcadoo's has a fully stocked bar, but it's mostly known for its rib-eye steaks. Our server came to our table and informed us that they had no apps and that our only options were rib-eye with salad, baked potato, and toast, or rib-eye with toast, as nothing else was available on the menu. The rib-eyes took about twenty minutes to arrive, and they were massive and cooked to perfection. The salad and the baked potato were fresh and okay, but the focus was on the steak. The steaks were juicy and tender, and they were also very affordable. The allure of Mcadoo's is the experience, the full bar and the affordable rib-eyes. It is also a favourite place for locals to hang out. Overall, a good experience and a great rib-eye dinner.”

“I was passing through driving back to Chicago and stopped in with my 13 year old son and 7 year old daughter. I had the catfish with white beans and Mac n cheese and half sweet tea and lemonade. My son had the spicy chopped bbq sandwich with fries and sweet tea. My daughter had the kids burger with fries and lemonade. We shared a warm piece of red velvet cake. Everything was fantastic. The service. The food. The wait time. The atmosphere. The price. If you are in Blytheville, stop in! We will be back.”

“The Dixie Pig is my all-time favorite BBQ place, beginning from the early 60's when we visited my grandmother and met long time family friends there. We always looked forward to The Pig...finally got the chance to take my kids there a few years ago so they could experience The Pig, and even got to see my dad's pictures on the wall from his high school glory days! I wish I were closer so I could drop by more often!”

“We stopped in for lunch. Ordered Burgers Fries and Chicken Livers.
The Food came out fresh, perfectly cooked, and had great flavor. The Chicken Livers were some of the best I've had. And the Burgers were fresh pattied. Pricing is very affordable! The thing I noticed the most was that there weren't pools of grease around any of the food.

The atmosphere is what you'd expect on average from a pool hall/bar.

“inally a Starbucks in Blytheville !! I'm very happy that there is now a Starbucks in Blytheville and that Blythville now has more choices for coffee. For years I had to go to the McDonalds if i wanted something stronger than Hotel coffee. This location is open early and has all of the Starbucks hot and cold items in stock. The staff has been working hard to keep up with the demand of a newer location and wait times can fluctate depending on the time of day. You have the option of ordering ahead, using the drive-thru or as tend to do, go right inside and order. I tend to do it this way so I can see what options that have for colds drinks, nutrition bars and the pre-packaged protewin boxes. On all of my visits over three days, I got coffee three times and worked remotely and had lunch there as well.”

“well the question is what don't you recommend about Grecian Steakhouse in Blytheville well first thing I don't recommend you wasting gas going to this restaurant because when it says a steakhouse you expect to go there for a steak of your choice. not the restaurants choice first thing waiter asked me what would you like to eat I told him a top sirloin he said we're out I told him a filet and he told me we are out and then I asked for a T-bone what do you expect he said next we are out so I asked the waiter are you trying to get me to order what is on the special and he looked at me and smiled I ordered three different types of steaks and you had none so I wouldn't call yourself a steakhouse baked potatoes is all right but it's hard to mess up a baked potato the salad that you brought me had Brown lettuce in it I don't think should ever be served to a customer so my point is a restaurant that calls their self a steakhouse that don't have steak shouldn't be called a steakhouse you had 15 different types of steaks on the menu in your waiter wanted me to order one that was on the special because I ordered three different types of steaks and you had none this is not a steakhouse I should have known when I pulled in the parking lot and seen the steakhouse next door was full and your Steakhouse had no cars in it I should have known before I even went in I should have known one more time I'm going to tell you a steakhouse without steak it's not a steakhouse so close the doors lock them up if you're not going to have any steak and next time don't service Brown lettuce”

“I got a couple of meat lovers pan pizzas from godfathers for $17.99 (2 personal pizzas) for my partner they smelled really good and were fresh out of the oven. The chicken provided great service but said they don't sell slices at the restaurant, only at the cash registers at loves which I think is weird. Large pizza prices were outrageous $26.99. $17.99 for 2 personal pizzas is outrageous as well.”
