Melissa Campos, owner/operator of Maumelle Chik fil A has HORRIBLE customer service skills. I literally had to give my special order FIVE TIMES. Got to the window and it was still wrong. I asked what’s the problem, she became defensive…She thought arguing with me was best for giving excellent customer service. Melissa it’s imperative to DO BETTER!!!!!
This has got to be the WORST chic fil a I have ever been to. The employees like to argue and the food is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this location to a pitbull! Stay away!!!!
Bad customer service. He don’t need to train anybody.
