“This was my first time to try Grill Pollo and was very impressed! I had chips and cheese dip for an appetizer and the three piece chicken dinner for the entree. The chicken is delicious! The owner told me that all the chicken is marinated for 24 hours before it is cooked. The service is very friendly and prompt and the atmosphere is spacious and quiet. Portion size is on the large side so don't worry about leaving hungry.“

It's consistently fresh, consistently hot, juicy, exact same amount of heat each time... great sides, cold drinks... This is one of my favorite restaurants. Try it; you won't be disappointed.Parking: There's a downtown parking garage that is free at times but paid at times. Also, there is often free parking on the street, depending on the schedule of events downtown.Kid-friendliness: We've taken our grandson, and seen other kids there quite often.Wheelchair accessibility: The front entrance and lower level are easily accessible and there's a ramp to the upper level as well. It's fully accessible.“

“Chick-fil-A food is wonderful and very tasty. But this particular day, the service was off. A young lady took my order in a rush, giving me no chance to complete my order. “Those of us who love Chick-fil-A often talk about how great the service is and how fast the drive thru moves, but today I want to talk about the respect the employees treat each other with. I had the pleasure of one the trainees taking my order (it was only her second day) and her customer service was spot on! The man training her was also awesome in many ways, but what stuck put to me the most was his patience. When he saw her accidentally type something wrong or she forgot to ask “is there anything else I can get you?”, rather than roll his eyes or huff, he calmly redirected her with a smile on his face and it was obviously genuine. I watched him do this when there wasn’t a customer in front of them. I wish he had his babe tag on so I could tell y’all. It eas just nice to see that their employees treat each other the same way they treat customers. The trainee’s name was Krystal and my receipt says operator was John Spenst.“

“The food is good, without that special seasoning. Personally, I do not like it. The prices are high compared to other locations that I've visited. The service is great! The restaurant really isn't set up for in house dining. Over all they are Awesome!“
