This is RIDICULOUS. Using the app, it said the store was open until 10:30PM, so I placed an order. Drove to the store to pick it up and nobody comes to the window. It doesn't look like anybody is even there. The worst part is that they wouldn't even issue a refund. Just kept my money. Worst customer service experience ever.
Worst location! If you want to spend 30 minutes in line to find out they’re out of almost everything then this is the perfect place to go.
I asked for boneless chicken with sweet and spicy SAUCE on them. they didn't even use enough to coat the little five pieces that I ordered..at least use enough sauce to coat all of the chicken. This is not the first time..I decided to give it another chance to see if there was a change and this time was worst than the last times..
