Fast Food Restaurants in Melbourne

“Our air quit working in our car that also has broken windows. 4 kids between the ages of 6 and 11. We stopped at the sonic in Melbourne to get some waters, still having over an hr before we were home. My grand daughter shared with Blake ( the young ma n working) that I didnt have very much money with us. He was so unbelievably kind and very respectful. He and the crew went so far above and beyond for my family and I that had nothing to offer beyond the 2 dollars for a drink to share between us. I can not express how much appreciate how kind they are. I pray they are blessed and understand how deeply thankful we are. Good job Blake. Thank you“

“Usually, they would get a much better review but after tonight, I am rethinking my choices.

I showed up at 6:35 to order two sandwiches. They close at 8 pm. I was blown away after walking in and seeing them removing all the utensils. What the hell are they doing putting away the utensils and hour and a half before they close?

In any case, they proceeded to make my sandwiches without any utensils. I ordered shredded chicken. Both sandwiches. So, yes, they both used their hands to scoop the chicken onto the bread. I told them light mayo on my mom's sandwich, which they got right. And then I said I wanted regular mayo on my sandwich. The woman proceeded to squeeze 1/4 of the bottle of mayo onto my sandwich, LITERALLY. I looked at her like, what the hell did I do to you? She then started removing the mayo, with her finger. I stood there, in shock at the audacity.

I am not sure if this is the way they act at home or on what planet this is acceptable behavior but then to be charged full price and not even given an apology for the spectacle of their actions, is just, reprehensible. I should have walked out of there, not paid for any food and just walked away but if you know Melbourne, you know there isn't many choices here.

In any case, I am absolutely APPALLED at what I just witnessed and to think this is par for the course, is just unacceptable.
