“Once you taste GC BBQ & Catering, it’s over for everybody else. I’m serious. The ribs were so tender they fell off the bone before I even picked ‘em up. Juicy, smoky, seasoned just right pure BBQ heaven. 🍖💨 The coleslaw? Fresh, creamy, and ice cold. The baked beans? Slow cooked like somebody’s uncle been stirring them since sunrise. Every bite had me rethinking my life choices. 😂 But them ribs??? BABY. I’m making a holiday trip from Alabama just to get more. 4th of July, Memorial Day I don’t care.
