“Update, management actually contacted the app service before we left the restaurant about the issue and we are now waiting for a refund. I’m extremely impressed with the concern of the management and staff to take care of this so quickly. I will update once funds are replaced but I will definitely return to Fujiyama in Mt. Home Arkansas!!! Thank youMy review is about the online ordering system. My daughter ordered on the restaurant app on a Sunday. The order was $54 and she paid for the order. She got a confirmation number after the payment went through but the problem is the order wouldn’t be ready till the following Tuesday. This was due to the fact that the app doesn’t accept orders for Sunday and the restaurant is closed on Monday. Upon asking the staff about a refund there was nothing they could do as the Oder wasn’t showing on their end yet. I am placing the review only about the ordering app not the staff. They are very friendly but please management, correct this with the app company. Most people place orders online not considering they order might now be available for a few days. Thank you“
“Teriyaki chicken was good. Rice was a little dry, but I'm not a huge rice fan. Went with a group. Spring rolls needed a little more cook time. Wrapper was a little gummy inside. Over all, it was good, clean, and friendly. We did not sit at the grill.“
