IMHO this is right at the top of the list. The best Chili Relleno I have eaten since moving to Missouri from Arizona. The service is great and the prices are reasonable. I'm just sorry I can only eat there about once a month. My only complaint is the beans which are a bit runny. But that is only my opinion. The rice is some of the best I have eaten, while the food has the right amount of heat for me, not too spicy with good flavor.
Visited today for first time food was great service was awesome will be returning.
We just enjoyed another great breakfast at Ruben's! The omelets were our choice today and as always they were cooked perfectly, even my special order! The service is wonderful every time we dine at Ruben's and the prices are reasonable enough that we eat here often. They also have the best coffee around!!
