Schlotzsky's Deli is a restaurant where customers are consistently satisfied with the service and food. The best deli sandwich in the area is a highlight, and many love the hot sauce, buying 2 or 3 bottles every visit. First-time experiences are positive, with everything described as delicious. Popular meals include the original meal with strawberry lemonade and the melted cheese sandwich with ham, which is an extra charge but worth it, served with a fruit cup. Another customer had tomato and basil soup and a grill cheese with chicken, both delicious. The food is made to order and so fresh, definitely worth any wait. The staff is so nice and always gives the best suggestions. One customer noted a warm friendly welcome with exceptional customer service at the drive-through.
