“100% love it here and will eat here again!! Totally worth the 45 minute drive. The pricing is very reasonable and the wait staff is so friendly. and the FOOD! We came for the tamales (which I could take or leave, but it's not a deal breaker.) but stayed for the fresh hush puppies, the jambalaya, the gumbo, the red beans and rice & the steak! Everything was cooked perfectly and I'm very much looking forward to eating here again.“

“My wife and i were pleasantly surprised by our lunch at this restaurant. The prices were reasonable and the food was great. After ordering, the staff brought us hush puppies and cake… both were free and very good. As we headed to the car the owner stopped us and gave us 6 tamales and they were awesome. We’ll be back!!“
