My wife and i were pleasantly surprised by our lunch at this restaurant. The prices were reasonable and the food was great. After ordering, the staff brought us hush puppies and cake… both were free and very good. As we headed to the car the owner stopped us and gave us 6 tamales and they were awesome. We’ll be back!!
We pulled up, got out of the car and almost decided to go somewhere else. We were up for an adventure and went inside. The owner could not have been more friendly. We felt very welcome despite that we were from out of town with our northern accent. The food was excellent! The service great! They recommended the BBQ or the Tamales. I stopped in to try their tamales and was not disappointed. I got them to go and they were tasty and very reasonably priced. I got a half dozen for 8 bucks and some change. Hard to beat that!
