“I live out of state and only visit this location a few times a year. However, every visit I've had has been a positive experience. Tonight I was especially appreciative of this location because we stopped here after receiving horrible drinks at a different Starbucks and asked them to remake our drinks. They remade them without issue and they were perfect. They were even kind enough to give us free pastries for the trouble, even though they are not the store who made the error.“
“Went to The Joint for the first time this weekend. It was great! So funny, and the staff and owners were so nice. I will definitely be going back. I also recommended their gift cards to a friend as a Christmas gift for that hard to buy for person. GO SEE THEIR SHOW!!!!!!“

“normally I would suggest this Starbucks but I usually get 2 or 3 caramel frappucinos a day and they're usually amazing. Today I got the worst ones. I like TONS of caramel and they all know how I like it and today they just tasted awful. NOWHERE NEAR the amount of caramel they know I like. I've noticed that's been happening lately and I've NEVER complained but the ones I got today were just ridiculous! So bad that I actually got on Facebook just to complain about it. I'll PROBAVLY start using a different Starbucks. I pay for all the extra ingredients and today I can barely taste the caramel. I know it's a strange complaint to most people but they were THAT bad. LOVE the staff. They're great but whomever made my coffees today I hope will NEVER make them again. so disappointed. I paid almost $8 per Grande frappucino and they weren't worth $1. when I saw them I almost told them to keep them but I was in a hurry and no the caramel didn't settle on the bottom. there wasn't enough to settle on the bottom. they were horrible. I paid that much for something I threw away after 2 sips. the ONLY reason I said I would recommend it is because the staff is great and most of the time they do it right but today I guess they just didn't care. I also meant to say that I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!! If you're someone who orders at least twice a day and they know EXACTLY how you like it but they don't make it that way lately then it's not worth $8. Ordering from them is a crap shoot!! You might get your coffee the way you like it then you might not. I've mentioned this to them once before but they still don't make it right half the time. EVERYTIME I order now I wonder what I'll be paying for. no one should have to wonder ESPECIALLY when the ENTIRE staff knows you and knows what you want and how you want it. RIDICULOUS!!!“

“Why is the ice cream machine always out or broken or whatever they claim... We get it... Pain to clean up and only 1 guy for 500 miles that fixes the machine... It's not that specialized! It makes soft serve softer and cool spoon mixes it up with topping and we get the mixing spoon. Yea yea, nothing that spits out ice cream into a cup and uses a throw away spoon for the mixing is so special it takes weeks to fix or get parts and some magician guy can only fix at 3 am on a Tuesday of even week... Blah blah blah... c'mon now! I'm ready to hear a new one! The years of trust and believing the old lie is teetering on the edge. Do not forget to use some imagination, Ronald. New ice cream machine story should include Grimace or Hamburgler in the plot to seem like a real deal thing! Might as well make it good since it is unbelievable already, right?

“This restaurant appears to have placed renewed interest on customer service and cleanliness! The manager, though small in stature, has noticeable command of ensuring quality customer service is tantamount in the food service industry. By far, this is the most improved McDonald's I have visited in the past 2 years. She appears to have all of her team on the same page. Quality of service should be, at a minimum, at or above product quality!“
