“I’ve tried several pizzas at American Pie and they’re exactly what you’d expect from a solid thin-crust pizzeria. My personal pizza favorites might not be yours — but the salads? Absolute must-try. The Deluxe salad is my go-to every visit. Mini, small, or large, they’re always fresh, loaded, and delicious. Honestly, the mini is so good it can be a full dinner on its own.“

“I was recently in town visiting and, as always, ordered from one of my favorite spots—three large Salad Supremes. Unfortunately, one of the salads was missing meat. By the time I returned to my hotel room and realized it, the restaurant had already closed. I took a time-stamped photo and video as proof and returned the next day.

I spoke with a manager named Tre’ and explained the situation, even showing him the video and photo. While he did offer a replacement salad, I explained that I was heading back out of town and a replacement wouldn’t work—I simply wanted a refund for the one incorrect salad.

Tre’ was dismissive, unfriendly, and defensive. He claimed there was nothing he could do since the order was placed online and on the previous day. I found that completely unacceptable. I wasn’t asking for a full refund (which totaled nearly $50), just a refund for the one item that was wrong. Despite having the receipt and evidence, he offered no solution other than telling me to contact corporate.

Thankfully, Ashley at the corporate office resolved the issue in under five minutes—professional, understanding, and efficient.

The only reason I’m giving this a 4-star review is because I’ve never had issues in the past, and Ashley provided great service. If this review were based solely on my experience with Tre’, it would have been 1 star.

“I love almost everything here - the pizzas, the salads, the pasta. I do love the meatballs for an appetizer - just some of the best I've ever had. Great bar! Great atmosphere. Just have never had anything bad. not sure if they have the Portabella sandwich anymore - but that was by far the BEST Portabellla Mushroom burger I've ever had - anywhere. Happy Hour cocktails - select menu $6. Veggie Lasagna - highly recommend. The best I've ever had anywhere in the U.S. It's also large - can share it with someone. And the veggies are always seasonal.“

“Wanted to celebrate my birthday last night however because of the long wait I was not able to celebrate my birthday with my parents. The hostess was SUPER NICE by offering me a cheesecake which was YUMMY. My parents and I ended up eating it for breakfast for our journey home to Texas. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MY CHEESECAKE. “Olive Garden had great pasta bowls and salads are good they just missing eggs, cheddar cheese and not enough Parmesan. They have a delicious lasagna cake and drinks at the bar are normally not watered down. Great place to go eat especially if you love pastas“
