“I wanted to change my order from a 12 piece to an eight piece, the gentleman working the drive-through told me no and so I left, well then I called and spoke to Max, who is one of the managers and he went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I Wanted, if anybody from corporate reads these I hope you know how incredible of a manager Max is and you should never lose him“

“Came through tonight, everything everywhere was closed…am not a big chicken fan…. Hit drive through,super cool guy working drive through, they were just ready to close, got my order through w what he had left, was super professional and friendly, handled everything like a boss, i didnt get his name but wanted to say thanks for not leaving me hanging!! 🙏🙏🙌“

“Ordered 3 dozen chicken fingers the day prior to pick up. Gave the order to the manager! Came at appointed time the following day and the order was not ready. When questioned, I was given attitude and the young lady working the window stated that she wasn’t working yesterday and whatever and walked away! $110.00. Update: The young man who brought my order out to me was very polite. Not going to let this experience keep me from going to Popeyes! The best chicken strips! We all have bad days!“
“Good food, service, and atmosphere. The only drawback I've experienced is they are regularly out of honey. I love honey with my biscuits, but they're out of it most of the time which makes me change my order when honey is not available.“
