“My family visited this location from out of town (Mena AR), recently on Saturday June 13th. The cashier LISA was very kind & gave us a great deal on our meal & she also brought us our food when It was ready. The food was spot on perfection as Popeyes tend to be! LISA went above & beyond In kindness & service. The other employees (which we didn't Interact with) also seemed kind & like they enjoyed their jobs. LISA deserves a raise! Period! LISA Is the best & we can't wait to go back & see her again!

“Absolutely amazing tracy was great food was hot and fresh she was very respectful and made sure everything was correct and being there almost 9 years of being there is true dedication she was very sweet and helpful, definitely deserves a raise is definitely the nicest person I've ever seen at a popeyes in hot springs“
“This is the by far the best Popeyes in town! Mr. Gary, the store manager, goes to the extreme to make his customers happy. The customer service in the drive thru is always so friendly and fast, and my food is always fresh. Their spicy legs are my family’s go to, with the red beans and rice. Of course, we also love those buttermilk biscuits with the honey! The Popeyes app has lots of “offers” to choose from and it’s also very easy to navigate and make an online order. I will continue to visit this Popeyes every single time I have a craving for some hot and fresh spicy chicken! Thank you Popeyes, for giving fresh food and friendly smiles!“
