“Rocio was very polite and respectful in taking my order. I appreciate this candor as you do not get it often at fast food chains. I split my payment between cash and card and he let me know before running my card how much was going to my card. Food always amazing and correct at this location.“

“Originally I was upset because I felt like the chicken they gave me wasn’t my moneys worth. I also went back inside for a fresh biscuit and the male manager was very pleasant and threw in an apple pie and an extra breast. I thought it would be just another horrible experience at a fast food restaurant. However, he said he didn’t want me to leave unhappy and I appreciate that. I appreciate the ladies on front counter as well, because they could have gotten smart like a lot of workers do when you’re unhappy with your order.“

“Ordered 3 dozen chicken fingers the day prior to pick up. Gave the order to the manager! Came at appointed time the following day and the order was not ready. When questioned, I was given attitude and the young lady working the window stated that she wasn’t working yesterday and whatever and walked away! $110.00. Update: The young man who brought my order out to me was very polite. Not going to let this experience keep me from going to Popeyes! The best chicken strips! We all have bad days!“
“Ordered the $5 online special. Online you can customize your order. I placed 3 orders along with mashed potatoes and strawberry cheesecake. The guy was looking at the screen and acting like he was giving me the pieces I requested. I get to my car and none of my orders were right. One box even had chicken that was old and burnt. I went back in to get my order corrected. The manager had an attitude. After waiting for the correct food, they still gave me the wrong pieces in 2 boxes. This is extremely frustrating and unnecessary. Give the customer what they ask and pay for and chicken you would want to eat. Needless to say if I hadn't checked, I would be have been very upset once I got home, a long with the other 2 people I ordered for. Why do you all do this? Ticked me all the way off. Get it together!!!!“
