Horrible service and this was by the manager I ordered online went in the store to pick up and he wouldn’t give me my food or money back I had to call the complaint number for a refund will never be back
Don’t bother with this trashy establishment. I had an interview scheduled and showed-up early. Management sent an underling to force me to reschedule due to a “rush” that was nonexistent. Supposedly this rush was going to last until 4 p.m. but only had two guests in the dining area already eating and crickets in the drive-thru and no doordashers showing up. the girl working the drive thru on 8/27/21 has to be the worst experience and worst customer service and worst understanding person I met even with my 20+ years in SIN world. I am limited on my time for work. drive popeyes dining room closed. so I drive thru in work vehicle which has driver in opposite side. order . 1st beverage didn't have. so I get to drive thru window to pay and because of size of vehicle I stop before window and get out.
