Just happened to visit the food trucks downtown- decided on Simpkins BBQ. 1st taste of the cabbage, I was blown away at the flavor- I’ve never had smoked cabbage greens😳😱. Beef brisket sandwich was slamming! The Mac and cheese wasn’t bad. Nonetheless, go get you some! The young man at the window allowed me to sample the meat before buying. They’re amazing. It is also affordable and worthwhile.
The ribs were good beans were super salty potato salad store bought chopped brisket was over cooked.
We tried Muddy Souf for the first time yesterday and will be back. The ribs and potato salad were on point!
