Staff great but speakers are often cutting out. Difficult to get orders in & touch screen intermittent makes payment difficult.

They can not hear you and its stressful and when i try to buy ice they say they cant sell it ugh
All I ordered was two $7 meals and we were at Sonic for a full 30 minutes. That time was not including the time that it took me to order the food because I ordered ahead online. When we finally got to the window after about 20 minutes, it took another 10 to actually get our food. DO NOT come to this location.

Sonic Drive-In is a popular restaurant that offers a variety of tasty dishes. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, even when the restaurant is understaffed. The service can be slower than expected at times, but the food is usually prepared well and served quickly, especially during busy times. The menu includes drinks, appetizers, and meals like the grilled cheese, which customers feel could be improved with two slices of cheese. The soda quality has been noted as needing improvement in some locations, but the cherry slush and coconut lime drinks are enjoyed. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and offers some kid-friendly service, with staff like Nick going out of their way to meet children's needs. Parking is available at the stalls where orders are placed, though overall parking can be limited. Despite minor challenges, Sonic Drive-In remains a place where customers can get good food and friendly service.
