Take my review with a grain of salt because I think at any (affordable) apartment complex there are going to be hit or miss experiences. I also came straight from the UALR dorms on Asher Ave, so this is luxury in comparison lol. I like it here. It's fun to have access to a golf course for free if you're into that and I enjoyed the pool over the summer -- it was clean and empty on weekdays. The building signs look to be overc30 years old , about impossible to read after dark with out a very bright light. Manager seems not to care ?
Very nice complex and apartments I have no complaints; I’ve been very satisfied while living here. They always handled maintenance requests in a timely manner and admin is very nice.
