“I ordered on door dash this morning and I did NOT expect the amount of food I ended up getting - very pleasantly surprised. When I got the pancake platter I expected something along the lines of cracker barrel's breakfast with 2 thinner pancakes, eggs, and ham so I ended up also add hashbrowns. The pancakes were soft, fluffy, thick, and took up a plate on its own(and it wasnt just 2 of them, there were 3) with 4 half slices of ham and 2 eggs. Ill most likely finish it off for lunch and maybe have a spare amount for breakfast tomorrow! The flavor was wonderful, will definitely order from here again.”

They were tremendously busy today when I went in, and I’m sorry that I didn’t get her name, but the young girl with red hair and glasses was working hard to take everyone’s order and get things out as quickly as possible. She did so with a smile on her face And a great attitude. One of the many reasons I come to Burls, and will always come back, is how friendly they are. This young lady exemplified that perfectly.”
