Listen, I love cfa so much and actually worked there for a very long time and still go frequently. This location has been LACKING with order accuracy lately. Over the last few weeks almost every drive-thru order has been missing at least one item, and my delivery items have been wrong multiple times. Even as a huge fan, it’s literally not worth it to try going at this point because you know it’s not going to be accurate.

The Westminister crackers you serve with the soup taste like cardboard. The springdale location uses Zestys and they are real crackers!
We ordered ahead on the mobile app. Upon arriving at the restaurant, the order hadn’t been prepared. We had issues as no one was willing to help us. When we received the order, 20 minutes later, it was missing a drink. They prepared the drink and handed it to us with the cup leaking. We requested help and there worker just tossed a stack of napkins towards us. Absolutely worst service ever received at a Chick-fil-a! Wouldn’t recommend.
