Went there when they first opened food was so bad I threw it away. Tried again a month later still very bad. Swore I’d never go back. Well I tried it again 4/4/23 and it’s still VERY BAD 😤😡. They can’t even get an order right, ordered #3 Double steak burger California style and onion rings. Instead they gave me #5 double jalapeño/pepper jack steak burger and oil saturated onion rings and they were so tough I couldn’t eat them. I’LL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.😡😤...read full review
Manager was not professional. Milkshake came out thin like chocolate milk, I was not about to pay $12 for two cups of chocolate milk!! When I asked to speak with manager, he yelled at the employee “what’s up I don’t have time for this”. I was thinking make the order right manager! He did but he did not come back and apologize for the mixup. Manager- the important part is how you fix it and the customer service. The girl working was horrified and doing her best.
