We recently visited for the first time, and it was such a lovely experience. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and you can feel that it's a family-owned place that truly cares about what they serve. The food was delicious, the pricing was very reasonable, and the whole vibe made it a place we'll definitely return to. It's the kind of spot you want to support because they put heart into what they do.

We got 2 pizzas to go and they were delicious! The chicken Alfredo and the Hawaiian were both amazing. The ingredients were fresh, sauces had great flavor and the crust was perfect.

original:conflicted in this review because i was given expired soda; regardless of how harmless it probably is, giving any customer expired product is a problem. the food was good, the prices are good, but the experience is kind of ruined for me because who knows what else is expired here?

Waited about 10 minutes and never had a server. Then some people sit down behind us and immediately were waited on. We said something then walked out. We won't be back. Old Chicago always waits on us immediately.

I made a mobile order. I was unable to eat the salad I had ordered. I was working an outdoor security job. A 13 hour shift and unable to leave the site. The gentleman who bagged my order did not include a fork. After 13 hours on site and 2 more to get home. The salad was inedible. Its a shame to spend $14.00 on a salad and then throw it away. Because of a missing fork. Hmmmm

Wow. You put my salad in a plastic bowl. My plastic bowl and the rest of my order in a plastic bag. Forget the silver ware and tell me its my fault for contributing to the excessive use of plastic products in the world today. A simple acknowledgement of forgetting my silverware would have sufficed. If you were truly concerned you would use no plastic. In a more direct way of viewing it, your employee forgot my flatware costing me $14. And your saying he did in the name of conservation. SHAME ON YOU. Just own up to your mistakes

30 years ago, I lived in Italy. Ever since I returned to the US, I have been on a quest to find authentic Italian food. I have lived in many states and many restaurants have come close but not one has delivered, until tonight. Grazie! Mangiamo!

I’ve been here a handful of times & their Hawaiian Pizza is one of the best I have ever had. Great atmosphere, clean bathrooms, great service. Will be back many more times!

Walked in, no hey hi hello. The lady was just standing there, not acknowledging us whatsoever. Finally sat us. No menu. No drink order. Nothing. Two other ladies walk in. And the worker’s children sat them! And gave them their menus. Completely unprofessional. Needless to say we got up and left.
