“I often come to this location as I live close and normally I have no issues. Last night was my first and it was a multi part issue but it honestly pales in comparison to the way the issue was handled. My order was not only corrected but Kayden (the manager on duty) went above and beyond to correct it. He did way more than I would have even wanted all while never being asked. He was kind and understanding. He never once attempted to excuse the mistake he only ever excelled in fixing it. Kayden is the type of worker you want to deal with and ensured that the Rose Bud Sonic will continue to be the one I go to. Thank you to Kayden and the other staff for this pleasant experience. “We happened upon this jewel of a restaurant on our trip to Missouri. Even if you had to go out of your way, it is so worth it! The place is open, lots of light, great tables, a true American loved family runs it. They have accomplished living their dream. They want you, their customers to be happy with your visit, with your service and with the best food you can get, regardless of what you order. The price is lower there than anywhere else on our trip too. We felt like family by the time we left and there were no regrets with anything we ordered. As a matter of fact, we took the same route back home so we could share another meal with them. We would love to have them in the Saluda/Aiken SC area. Thank you for two great adventures while there. “The service was friendly, fast, and polite. I wasn't able to get the card reader to work and my carhop was sweet about it and took my card in for me. Food was delicious.
I order Mozz sticks often at Sonic franchises all over the state. I ALWAYS ask for extra marinara and MOST of the time I'm given 1 or none. Today I was well compensated by the lunch shift here at Quitman Sonic. I thank you all for a great experience.“
