“one of the worst customer service experiences i have ever had! me and my partner walk up to order fountain drinks and the lady at the counter sighs and gives a rude look. we ask “are yall closed” and she said “yes we are about to be. we close at 8pm”. I usually order carry out.My food is always delicious (jalapeños, chicken, veggie of choice).My latest interaction: I ordered, got a work emergency, and didn't make the expected pick up time. I didn't want them to think it was a prank call, so I called and let them know I'd be 45 minutes late. I arrive around the new expected time, and they'd made my pizza fresh for me. I thought they'd just put it on a heat rack. I was so happy that they worked with me.

So we got our food fast and it was outstanding. The youngest had the Chicken Nibblers, which she inhaled. The wife got the Southern Fried shrimp deal, and I went for the old reliable #1 Chicken Finger plate. Nothing was left when we departed 26 minutes later.“
