“I really like this place. My first introduction to Slim Chickens for me came when I lived in Texarkana. It was my first time and I’ve enjoyed them ever since. I’m glad they have had one in the Russellville area for a while now and I prefer them over the other same type restaurants in this area. The food, desserts, and service are always good.“
“Headed home after a very long Spring Break, and this Zaxby's in Russellville was in our path. Very few customers for a beautiful Saturday at lunchtime. So we got our food fast and it was outstanding. The youngest had the Chicken Nibblers, which she inhaled. The wife got the Southern Fried shrimp deal, and I went for the old reliable #1 Chicken Finger plate. Nothing was left when we departed 26 minutes later.“
“Have you been to this location lately? Wow we were pleasantly surprised. We went last month after not going for a long time because of service and food. It was like an entire different place. We were greeted right away with a smiling face and they were very helpful, fast and order was done in a timely manner and at a perfect temp. So hoping it wasn’t a one time wonder we went again and this time ordered via the app to dine in. Ordering via the app was easy and when we got into the store, we went to the counter and checked in and within a few minutes we had our meal, again food was yummy and perfect temp. I’m would like to suggest to the store when checking in with the mobile order have a special place to check in, so you don’t have to stand in line, it kind of defeats the purpose of using the app, other than the in app discounts. We will be back highly recommend as along as this type of service and quality continues.“
