“I was absolutely DONE with this place a couple of months ago. Just about every staff member was unprofessional, rude and acted like you as the customer were an inconvenience in their day… HOWEVER. For the past month or so; many new faces are working the floor and overall it’s a day-and-night change! The customer service is excellent. Even during busy hours, the staff is polite and patient. They truly go above and beyond. There is one particular staff member with red hair/braids. She absolutely deserves a raise or promotion immediately!!!!“

“Shout out to Chicken Salad Chick. I had a missing soup from my delivery order and unfortunately the store closed by the time I realized. I called and a manager made it right by getting me anouther soup and sandwich. Even though it was a minor error she apologized and made it right! Thank you!“

“Used the drive through. Staff positioned outside to take your order and receive payment all at the same time. By the time I got around to the window, the next staff asked my name and handed me my order. Hot and fresh! Easy in and out. Just have to remember to ask for ketchup if you want some for your fries!“

“My wife and I come to the drive-through here quite often as we live just down the road. I have always had a good experience with the quickness of the drive-through, the pleasantness of the employees and the quality of the food. I would much rather go here than wait 25 minutes at Chick-fil-A to get a six piece nugget“

“Ordered the $5 online special. Online you can customize your order. I placed 3 orders along with mashed potatoes and strawberry cheesecake. The guy was looking at the screen and acting like he was giving me the pieces I requested. I get to my car and none of my orders were right. One box even had chicken that was old and burnt. I went back in to get my order corrected. The manager had an attitude. After waiting for the correct food, they still gave me the wrong pieces in 2 boxes. This is extremely frustrating and unnecessary. Give the customer what they ask and pay for and chicken you would want to eat. Needless to say if I hadn't checked, I would be have been very upset once I got home, a long with the other 2 people I ordered for. Why do you all do this? Ticked me all the way off. Get it together!!!!“

“I did the drive thru so atmosphere was hard to rate but the service was phenomenal so that's why I put 4 stars, happy staff happy customers!! They also catered to my needs which was awwwsome!! But it was like 11ish in the pm sooo they were prolly trying to just get me out so they could go home lol!! But I still luv em.“

“Besides bathroom which needed attention, this visit was superb. All the boxes checked great customer service, friendly employees, welcoming, great tasting food, fresh and appetizing choices, price on point, and left feeling very satisfied with my choices. Well Done!“
